B, Working Experiences:

I have been working in the fields of protein structure/function relationship, gene engineering, protein engineering, gene therapy in the last 15 years with about 50 publications (half of them in western journals) and three patents. The projects include structure/function and folding pathway of insulin family members, structure/function of trypsin and leptin, gene engineering of parathyroid hormone, protein engineering of RGD-containing proteins, gene therapy for diabetes. I have been a group leader with about 10 people since 1993. I have been also responsible for delivering lectures to both graduate and undergraduate students. I am now working on new applications of enzymes in industry.
